How to Connect Any Printer to WiFi — Universal Guide

This guide covers WiFi setup for all printer brands. Find your brand below for specific steps, or follow the universal method.

Universal WiFi Setup (Works for Most Printers)

1. Turn on your printer and make sure it's in setup mode
2. On the printer's screen, navigate to Settings or Network
3. Select Wireless Setup Wizard or WiFi Setup
4. Select your WiFi network from the list
5. Enter your WiFi password
6. Wait for the connection — the wireless light should turn solid
7. On your computer: Settings → Printers → Add Printer

HP Printers

• • Touchscreen: Wireless icon → Wireless Setup Wizard → select network → enter password

Common WiFi Issues (All Brands)
