1. About Our Service

PrintFix Pro is an independent third-party technical support service provider specializing in printer troubleshooting, repair, setup, and maintenance. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any printer manufacturer, including but not limited to HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Samsung, Lexmark, or any other brand. All trademarks, brand names, and logos mentioned on our website are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

2. Services Provided

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Printer troubleshooting and error resolution
  • Printer driver installation and updates
  • Wireless and network printer setup and configuration
  • Print quality diagnosis and optimization
  • Cartridge and toner-related support
  • General printer maintenance guidance

Services are provided remotely via phone, live chat, and secure remote desktop access software with the customer's explicit permission.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are the owner or authorized user of the device(s) for which support is being requested.

4. Remote Access Authorization

Certain services may require our technician to remotely access your computer. By authorizing remote access, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are granting temporary access to your computer for the sole purpose of resolving your printer issue.
  • Our technician will only perform actions directly related to diagnosing and fixing the reported issue.
  • You may terminate the remote session at any time by disconnecting or closing the remote access software.
  • We do not access, copy, store, or modify any personal files or data on your computer unless explicitly required and with your verbal or written consent.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Service fees will be communicated to you before any paid work begins.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a price is quoted for a specific service session, that price will be honored for that session.

6. No Guarantee of Resolution

While our technicians are highly trained and experienced, we cannot guarantee that every issue will be resolved. Some printer problems may require hardware repair, replacement parts, or in-person service that is beyond the scope of remote support. In such cases, our technician will advise you accordingly.

7. No Fix, No Charge Policy

If our technician is unable to resolve your printer issue during the support session, you will not be charged for that session. This policy applies to the diagnostic and troubleshooting service fee only and does not apply to:

  • Third-party software or hardware purchases recommended during the session
  • Issues that were resolved but reoccur due to external factors beyond our control
  • Situations where the customer terminates the session before the technician completes the diagnosis

8. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your printer issue
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection for remote support sessions
  • Back up important data before authorizing remote access to your computer
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with our services or systems

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrintFix Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to hardware or software, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service session giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PrintFix Pro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any customer at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of abusive behavior, fraud, or violation of these Terms. You may discontinue using our services at any time.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration taking place in Austin, Texas.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
