This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which you can request a return, replacement, or refund for your purchase.

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

 

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

 

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged or incorrect items).

 

Note: Refunds are not applicable on items that have been used, altered, or show signs of misuse.

 

  1. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

 

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Opened printer cartridges or ink refills
  • Software or downloadable products
  • Printers showing signs of damage due to user mishandling
  • Items purchased on clearance or under special promotions (unless defective)

 

  1. How to Request a Return or Refund

 

To initiate a return or refund:

 

  1. Email us at contact@quickprintkart.store with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the issue (if applicable)
  • Reason for the return/refund
  1. Wait for our support team to respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  2. Once approved, ship the product back to the return address provided.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund or replacement.

 

  1. Refund Method and Timeline

 

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details for a secure NEFT refund.

 

  1. Shipping Charges

 

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong model ordered, etc.), the shipping cost must be borne by the customer, and a small restocking fee may apply.

 

  1. Cancellations

 

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.

 

  1. Damaged or Missing Items

 

If your order arrives with missing items, physical damage, or signs of tampering:

 

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share unboxing video/photos for verification.
  • We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
