At QuickPrintKart, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide you with high-quality HP printers and accessories, and we understand that sometimes, things may not go as expected. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which you can request a return, replacement, or refund for your purchase.
- Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged or incorrect items).
Note: Refunds are not applicable on items that have been used, altered, or show signs of misuse.
- Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened printer cartridges or ink refills
- Software or downloadable products
- Printers showing signs of damage due to user mishandling
- Items purchased on clearance or under special promotions (unless defective)
- How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund:
- Email us at contact@quickprintkart.store with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the issue (if applicable)
- Reason for the return/refund
- Wait for our support team to respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once approved, ship the product back to the return address provided.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund or replacement.
- Refund Method and Timeline
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details for a secure NEFT refund.
- Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong model ordered, etc.), the shipping cost must be borne by the customer, and a small restocking fee may apply.
- Cancellations
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
- Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing items, physical damage, or signs of tampering:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing video/photos for verification.
- We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
